Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist at Brave BPO, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our call center operations meet and exceed quality benchmarks. We are seeking a dedicated QA Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the call center industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA processes and procedures for call center operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate calls and interactions to assess agent performance.
  • Provide constructive feedback to call center agents for continuous improvement.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with the training department to develop and deliver training programs.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain accurate records of evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive quality initiatives and achieve performance targets.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into QA processes.


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the call center industry.
  • Strong knowledge of call center operations and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Proficiency in QA tools and reporting.
  • Ability to provide feedback and coaching effectively.
