Job Description:

As an HR Assistant at Brave Communications, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes and assisting in maintaining a positive work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, conducting initial candidate screenings, and assisting with new hire orientations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and termination letters.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Support HR managers with various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR-related tasks are completed efficiently.


  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
